Pleasure Shows
Pleasure Show competitions evaluate horses on manners and suitability of the horse for a relaxed but collected gait cadence and relatively slow speed of gait, along with calm and responsive disposition. Horses are to appear comfortable, while being very smooth and able to sustain slow, controlled movements. All of our shows are MHC and NEHC affiliated.
The horses will perform in groups, showing how they walk, trot, and canter. Horses are judged on form, agility, manners, and performance. Attire is much more personal than Hunter class. Wear your most colorful equestrian gear and stand out.

Support the North Shore Horsemen's Association and Promote Your business - Consider a Sponsorship
Please join us in our effort to bring North Shore Horsemen’s Association back to a well supported one day show. NSHA for over 65 years has been bringing along riders from their first lead-line class up to major national horse shows. NSHA is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the interest and education in horsemanship at all levels and gives out two scholarships each year.
By choosing anyone of the options you are helping to support this organization with deep ties to the equestrian community as you are all aware. Our packages come with advertising opportunities that will incorporate your business into our events. Branding opportunities include multiple PA announcements, your ad in our digital prize list and other options. Our sponsorships range from ones you might want to offer your owners or perhaps get together with another stable to sponsor.
We are also taking this sponsorship campaign to the Hamilton Community in hopes they will see the merit in having these shows back in town, but any help that our barns/stables can give to us will be greatly appreciated. Our mission is to make this a one-day show that everyone will want to attend and sponsor.
We hope you will look over the Sponsorship Levels that we are offering. Please know that they are simply guidelines and can be adjusted to work in everyones best interest.
