The North Shore Horseman's Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting interest and education in horsemanship. The NSHA offers a series of Hunter and Pleasure horse shows with year-end awards in over 65 divisions with many special awards.
Showing horses is a rewarding past time for new and seasoned riders. NSHA shows are hosted by local barns and riders of all ages are encouraged to participate. Participants are awarded points on many different points, including ease and manners of the horse, as well as the form of the rider. Riders can be awarded more than one prize at a show. At the end of the season, participants are invited to a banquet to receive awards based on the number of points they have received throughout the season.
Membership with the North Shore Horseman's Association is required in order to earn points throughout the show season. It's easy to join! We have 3 classes of membership: Individual, Family, and Lifetime. Choosing a Lifetime membership is the cheapest way to keep showing for years to come! Please download our Membership Form and send it in with a check or money order to the address listed on the form.
the North Shore Horsemen's Association accepts all prospective members! However, there are a few rules for participation:
